DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT The present invention will now be described more specifically with reference to the following embodiment. It is to be noted that the following descriptions of preferred embodiments of this invention are presented herein for purpose of illustration and description only; it is not intended to be exhaustive or to be limited to the precise form disclosed.
Preferred Embodiment I Fig. lA,lB & 1C are respectively an exploded perspective, a top and a side view of the preferred embodiment of an article attaching device according to the present invention. The present article attaching device comprises a flexible body 11 which further includes a concave main part 111 and a connecting hole 112, and a sucking body 12 which further includes a connecting head 121 and a sucking dick 122. The main part 111 further comprises two side extensions 1111 and 1112. The connecting head 121 is pressed into the connecting hole 112, and thus a vacant space 13 is formed between one of the side extensions 112 and 113 and the sucking disk 122. The main part 111 is made to be concave to enhance a strength with which sucking body 12 is adhered to a plane surface.
Preferred Embodiment 2: Referring now to Fig. 2, the two side extensions 2111 and 2112 extend both over the edge of the sucking disk 222, so a paper document 23 is clamped between one of the side extensions 2111 and 2112 and the plane surface 24 which the sucking disk 222 is attached to.
Preferred Embodiment 3 Referring to Fig. 3, one side extension 3 111 is over the edge of the sucking disk 322, but the other 3112 is not. A paper document 33 therefore can be clamped between the side extension 3111 and the sucking body 322 as shown in Fig. 3 or between the side extension 3112 and the plane surface which the sucking disk 322 is attached to, as the way of Preferred Embodiment 2.
Preferred Embodiment 4: Fig. 4A is a partly perspective view of a flexible body of Preferred Embodiment 4 of an article attaching device according to the present invention. The fitting part of the flexible body 41 can be a connecting hole 412 which can be arbitrarily shaped to pass there through the connecting head. In this preferred embodiment, the connecting hole 412 is shaped to have a plural of depressions which make the connecting head enter the connecting hole 412 more easily. The side view of the Preferred Embodiment 4 of an article attaching device according to the present invention is shown in Fig. 4B.
Preferred Embodiment 5 Refer to Fig. 5 which is a side view of Preferred Embodiment 5 of an article attaching device according to the present invention. In order to prevent the connecting head 521 from escaping from the connecting hole 512, a wrapping material 55 is provided as a fixing head to fix the connecting head 521.
Preferred Embodiment 6: The purpose of Preferred Embodiment 6 of an article attaching device according to the present invention is similar to that of Preferred Embodiment 5 for providing a protection for the connecting head 621, as shown in Fig 6.
In this case, the fixing head is changed into a ring 65.
Preferred Embodiment 7: Figs. 7A-7C are top views of Preferred Embodiment 7 of an article attaching device according to the present invention. The shape of the main part 711 can be changed as the user's desire, e.g. the shapes shown on Figs. 7A-7C.
Preferred Embodiment 8: Refer to Figs. 8A-8Z which are top views of Preferred Embodiment 8 of an article attaching device according to the present invention. The main part 811 can be a geometric, a creature, a plant, a character or numerical model, e.g. a butterfly, a flower or a triangle...etc. In those figures. the main part 811 is a model of one of the English letters.
Preferred Embodiment 9: Similar with Preferred Embodiment 8 . Fig. 9 shows a preferred embodiment of an article attaching device according to the present invention which is a symbolic model.
Preferred Embodiment 10: Referring now to Fig. 10 which is a side view of Preferred Embodiment 10 of an article attaching device according to the present invention, The purpose of the frictional surfaces 101 and 102 are for firmly clamping an article in the article attaching device , no matter what shape they are to be.
Preferred Embodiment 11: Fig. 1 1A is a side view on an application of Preferred Embodiment 11 of an article attaching device according to the present invention. The two side extensions 1101 and 1102 have bumps 1103 and 1104 for clamping thereby an article 1105. In general, a pillar bump, as shown in Fig. 1 IC is used for holding a thicker article or an article with a thicker edge like the article 15. The side view of another variety of the bump is shown in Figs.
1 it. The bump is one with a cure surface for decreasing the frictional force when a paper document is pushed into the device. Furthermore, the article attaching device may comprises a hook 1106 or a ring 1107 on one of the ends of two side extensions.
Preferred embodiment 12: Figs. 12A & 12B are respectively a top and a side view of Preferred Embodiment 12 of an a an article attaching device according to the present invention, A hook 1201 is mounted on the main part 1202 and the hook 1201 has an optional curling degree. On the sucking body 1203, there exists a lifting piece 1204 in order that a user can easily remove the sucking body 1203 from the plane surface. An article, e.g., a pair of glasses 1205, can be inserted in the vacant space 1206 by a side 1207 thereof as shown in Fig. 12A. and an article, e.g. a key 1213, can be hanged on the hook 1201 as shown in Fig. 12B. Besides, a flower a pencil...etc. also can be inserted in the vacant space 1206 and a rope, a toy...etc. also can be hanged on the hook 1201. Furthermore, the fitting part of this preferred embodiment is not a connection hole but a ring 1208 connected with and protruding from the main part 1202, and having an opening 1209 to receive therein the connecting head 12 10 of said sucking body 1203. The ring 1208 further comprises two flexible hooks 1211 and 1212 on two opposite sides of the wall of the opening 1209 to prevent the connecting head 1210 ofthe sucking 1203 in the ring 1208 from getting out.
Preferred Embodiment 13: Besides the hook 1201, the main part 111 of the device can also serve as a hook for hanging thereon an article if one of the side extensions 1111 and 1112 is curled to an extent, as shown in Figs. 13A-13C. On the other hand, another purpose of the curling side extension is to prevent the edge of the side extension from hurting people when the main part is made of a metal.
To sum up, the present invention has advantages of bearing heavier article, lasting longer holding time and being able to be reused over and over. Besides, it can be used not only for clamping thereto but also for hanging thereby or inserting therein an article.
While the invention has been described in terms of what are presently considered to be the most particle and preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention need not be limited to the disclosed embodiment. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims which are to be accorded with the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar structures.
