Abstract

Apparatus for dispensing heated items of food or confectionery such as roasted nuts comprises a hopper for storing such items and a dispenser comprising an elongate trough like receptacle supported for rotation within the confines of an outlet orifice of the hopper. The dispenser is rotatable between upstanding and invented positions in which items of food are respectively retained within and discharged from the receptacle. A heating chamber is positioned to receive items dispensed from the hopper. <IMAGE>
