Joints.-Corner brackets for connecting unmitred wooden parts together at angles are bent from sheet metal blanks so shaped as to form connected peripheral parts a, e at angles to each other and flange portions g one on each side. In a modification the portion e is bifurcated to allow the passage of the weight cord when used on window sashes. The side flanges may be ornamented for picture frames and the bracket may be secured by screws or by tongues bent out from the surface of the metal.
