Bricks, special shapes of.- Outside doorsteps are provided with a passage B on the upper surface at the inner end immediately in front of the door, communicating with an inclined passage B<1> leading to the outer end of the step. A strengthening block may be formed centrally in the passage B<1>. Steps leading up to the door may be similarly formed.
