Abstract
206,852. Bosch Akt.-Ges., R. Nov. 11, 1922, [Convention date]. Sparking-plugs.-The soft metal packing ring g is provided with two sharp edges, one edge i engaging the shoulders k on the insulator and the other edge h being pressed into a groove f when the edge m of the body is turned over. A steel ring n is preferably interposed, the area of contact between the edge m and ring n being farther from the axis of the plug than that between the steel ring and the packing ring so as to produce a resilient holding of the insulator.
