204,424. Penwarden, H. July 6, 1922. Drawings to Specification. Motor power plant.-An internal-combustion engine is compounded with a low-pressure turbine. Two compressed-air heaters are connected in series and located in the low and high pressure exhaust pipes to heat a supplementary charge of compressed air admitted to the cylinder during the compression stroke.
