Abstract

A motor vehicle wheel support assembly, comprising a stub axle and a casing one of which is fixed to the vehicle and the other of which is rotatably mounted by thin-walled bearing liners (23, 24) within the casing. A thrust plate (29) carried by the axle and thrust washers (31, 33) carried by the casing constrain relative axial movement. <IMAGE>
