Abstract

199,683. Wood, W. March 6, 1923. Addition to 187,902. Handles. - Handles for metal bathtubs and other hollow-ware articles are formed, as in the parent Specification, by fluting the centre part b of a bar, twisting the ends through a right-angle and finally bending the whole into arched shape, all the operations being performed without heating, but the handles are made from a bar of half-round or equivalent section, the flat faces c of the ends of the finished handle being applied to the vessel.
