Abstract

29,999. Fritzsche, P. Dec. 30. Mop, brush, and like wringers.-An appliance for squeezing paint, gum, &c. out of brushes, comprises a pair of forked levers 1, 2 pivoted to each other in scissors fashion and carrying rollers 4, 5 between which the brush is drawn, the rollers having wiper-plates 6 to guide the material either into a detachable receptacle 8, or into a pot &c. ; in the latter case the appliance may rest by means of hooks 15 on the edge of the pot. A spring 13 normally keeps the handles apart.
