9597. Calvet, R. June 11, 1912, [Convention date]. Explosives. - Consists in making primary explosives for use in detonators by mixing 2¢ to 3 parts of potassium chlorate or perchlorate with 1 part of various higher sulphocyanogen compounds, such as persulphocyanic acid (S3C2N2H2), dithiocyanic acid (S2C2N2H2), and W÷hler's thiocyanic compouud or Gerhardt and Laurent's pseudo-sulphide of cyanogen (S3C3N3H), and the copper and lead salts of these compounds.
