3638. Radermacher, J. L. Feb. 14. [Addition to 15,910/09.] Helical springs. -Relates to coil springs of the kind described in the parent Specification for use in furniture such as couches, beds, upholstered chairs, or the like, and consists in adapting the springs 5 to engage the sides of an edging 8 at the corner thereof by means of hooked portions 7, 9 arranged at right-angles. An intermediate hook 10 is bent in the opposite direction to that of the books 7, 9. In a modification, Fig. 4, two hooks 11, 12 bent in opposite directions engage the edging.
