Abstract

190,602. Smith, A. J. Nov. 9, 1921. Bracelets.-A bracelet comprises two or more tubular segments a, c containing one or more bands d of spring steel which connect the segments together and hold them in closed position, the band being provided with end and inner catches d<3> co-operating with stops x on the segments to prevent their complete separation. When the bracelet is expanded the band d becomes bowed as at d between the segments and this bowing holds the segments apart until the band is straightened by forcing the segments together.
