Abstract
19,934. Rudd, W. G. Oct. 3. Candlesticks; candle holders.-The socket consists of two ears a, b, one b of which has a false bottom b<1> and is pivoted, so that the end portion of the candle can be readily ejected. The ear b is held in its closed position by a spring snap device. In a modification, the two ears telescope into an outer tube d, Fig. 8, no springs in this case being necessary.
