21,406. Procter, J. Oct. 25. Windows; doors; draught and weather excluders.-The sill 2 and bottom rail 5 of the casement are grooved to receive a Z-shaped weatherbar 8, which is mounted on pivots projecting from plates 12 let into the bottom of the casement or door, and is turned up and down by a rib 20 of the sill when the casement or door is closed and opened. Instead of making a groove in the bottom rail of the door to receive the flap 15 of the excluder, the flap may bear against the inner face of the rail. The Provisional Specification states that the bar may be pivoted to the sill.
