Fig. 1 shows an elevation of the end frame. The portion A' can be disconnected from the main portion A, which carries a bearing b for one of the trunnions on which the bed B is turned for reversing it when the blanket is to be changed. Each pair of rollers C is carried on levers connected by a fulcrum pin between the rollers. The rollers are kept up to their work by means of springs provided with indicators to show the pressure on each roller. Fixed brushes are provided to remove the loose hairs &c. from the blanket. A pedestal with adjustable saddles is employed to sustain the bottom and side rollers while the blanket is being changed.
