Abstract

1523972 Impellers SONESSON PUMPINDUSTRI AB 22 Jan 1976 [25 March 1975] 02499/76 Heading F1C An impeller is built up of sections 10 each comprising a blade 12 and peripheral portions 14, 16 extending in opposite directions from the blade which join with similar portions of adjacent sections to form cover plates. Inner edges 32 and 36 of each section form with adjacent edges circular apertures in which a hub 34 and sealing ring 38 respectively are placed. The sections may be of metal welded together and to the hub 34 or they may be of plastics material bonded together.
