Abstract

1521368 Monitoring changes in voltage, digitally ELECTRONIQUE MARCEL DASSAULT 3 Nov 1976 [28 Nov 1975] 45754/76 Heading H3H The number of times a signal 15 changes from one of a plurality of first values to a second value is counted in respective counters, 39 1 , 39 2 &c., the first values being set by resistors R 1 , R' R 2 , R<SP>1</SP> 2 &c. and the second values by resistors R<SP>11</SP> 1 , R<SP>11</SP> 2 &c. switched in and out of circuit by the outputs of the comparators 18 1 , 18 2 &c. Either the leading edges or the trailing edges of the pulses output by the comparators are detected and counted. As described, 5 counters are provided, the first values correspond to load factors in an aircraft of 3g, 4g, 5g, 6g and 7g and the second values are all equal and correspond to 2g. For checking purposes a test voltage may be applied at 51, increasing to a maximum and then decreasing to a minimum.
