1518546 Aluminium alloy SOC DE VENTE DE L'ALUMINIUM PECHINEY 3 Oct 1975 [4 Oct 1974] 40551/75 Heading C7A An aluminium alloy of composition:- Mg 0À1 to 0À7% Si 0À1 to 0À6% Fe 0À1 to 0À6% Nr 0 to 0À6%@ 0À05-0À6% Co 0 to 0À6%@ Al plus impurities balance. such that The alloy may be processed into wire form by casting rolling and/or drawing and may be heattreated for 1-12 hours at 200-300‹C or alternatively may be heated up to 400‹C and enamelled. The alloy may be used as electrical applications e.g. multi-strand cable for domestic and telephone applications or in strip form as a connector bar.
