Abstract

1509816 Hollow plastic moulded articles NATIONAL CAN CORP 3 June 1976 [3 June 1975] 22939/76 Heading B5A A thermoplastics heated sheet 102 is formed around porous metal male mould 50 by drawing the sheet on to the mould by vacuum produced by pump 60 and at the same time moving the male mould into chamber 24. A positive pressure forces the sheet against the mould at full extension of the male mould 50.
