Ornamental sheet - metal and wire-link chains.- An ornamental chain for personal w e a r comprises tubular links provided at each end with a loop for engagement with the loops of adjacent links, as shown in Figs. 6 and 19. The links shown in Fig. 6 are each formed of two U-shaped blanks f, or of wire members of equivalent form as shown in Fig. 8, united together along their straight edges; those shown in Fig. 19 are formed by joining loops 7, 8 to the ends of tubular bodies 6. Mounts for gems or ornaments may be fixed to the links directly, or separate tubular ornaments may be threaded on the chains as shown in Fig. 15,
