Abstract

1477878 Core constructions of dynamo-electric machines ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 22 Aug 1974 [23 Aug 1973] 36853/74 Heading H2A Permanent magnets 4 are located in a housing 1 of an electric machine by radially extending pins 2 on the housing engaging recesses 6 in the magnets, and are held in position by springs 7 disposed between adjacent magnets and extending radially inwardly beyond the radially inner edges 11 of the side faces 10 of the magnets. The pins 2 are cylindrical and are stamped out of the housing, there being one pin to each magnet. There may, alternatively, be two pins to each magnet. The springs are U-shaped leaf springs and engage bevelled portions 12 of the edges 11 of the magnets.
