Plug-cocks; leakage, discharging; packing.- In a plug cock, for use with petrol &c., of the type having a leakage groove C and discharge passage E, a rubber washer J, enclosed between brass washers I, is used to prevent leakage at the top. The casing is also enclosed at the bottom of the plug, as shown.
