Sash and like fasteners, pivoted-arm type.- Relates to the type of window fastener in which a pivoted arm B on the part A engages with an abutment U on the part A<1>, the arm B having a hollow knob b, provided with a spring-controlled pin D, which engages over an inclined surface d' in a socket a. The pin D is formed with an enlarged end D<1>, the inclined surface d' having a shoulder at its end over which the pin drops. Specification 8993/03 is referred to.
