Abstract

134,367. Cambell, A., and Wilson, C. Nov. 15, 1918. Addition to 123,365. Appliances for illuminating cavities.-The operating-cap of the urethroscope described in the parent Specification is replaced by a cap a the end or closure member of which is constituted by an examination lens b formed with an eccentricallyplaced hole c fitted with a toolguide d. The guide is fitted with a screw cap e adapted to compress a packing-ring f through which the operating-tool is passed. The gulae d may be permanently or detachably fitted to the lens. The cap may be used for both examination and operation, or may be used in conjunction with an ordinary examination cap.
