The bag 2 is in the form of a pouch having, along its mouth, a projecting flap with two half-inch squares of double-sided adhesive tape and a sterility indicating disc 9 attached thereto. The bag is folded in half about a transverse fold line with the edge of the overlap matched against the bottom, and the mouth of the bag on the outside of, the folded bag, then twice about longitudinal fold lines and finally twice about transverse fold lines. The folded bag is inserted between the folds of the folded glove sheet except for one panel comprising the top corner of the bag which overlies the top panel of the folded glove-sheet to partially expose the opening of the bag. After sealing in the envelope the pack is sterilized by alpha-radiation, the envelope having hermetic seals 4, 5 and peel tabs 6. The procedure for using the glove pack is also described.
