130,135. Gastaldo, V., and Mino, M. July 22, 1918. Figured and ornamented stone. - Crushed oyster and like shells forming mother-of-pearl are mixed with a cement and moulded to form slabs, bricks or tiles. The surface is then polished and finished with a coat of white dammar. The shells may be placed on the surface only and may be so arranged that they form concentric rings in a mottled ground work.
