A bracket for supporting tubular curtain rails 11-13 on an upright support tube 7 comprises a base 2 formed in one face with recesses 8-10 in which the ends of the rails 11-13 are clamped by a cap 15 which co-operating recesses 16, the base 2 being provided on its opposite face with a hollow, expandible, longitudinally split boss 6 with an internally flared mouth, the boss 6 being engaged in the end of the support tube 7 and expanded into clamping engagement by a conical, threaded wedge drawn into the boss 6 by a screw 4 passing through the base 2.
