Abstract

1,242,011. Endless scraper-chain conveyers. PARSONS CHAIN CO. Ltd. 21 May, 1969, No. 25948/69. Heading B8A. In a scraper conveyer having a single central chain C, the scraper bars B have slots 1 (Fig. 1) for engagement with the chain links L, limbs of the latter being enslaved on deformation of the bar (Fig. 2). Alternatively instead of the whole bar being deformed a portion 12 of the wall of each slot is deformed (Figs. 6 and 7).
