Container for storing at least two rectangular articles

Abstract

1,218,016. Boxes. R. A. EASTO. 5 April, 1968 [6 April, 1967], No. 15802/67. Heading B8P. A rectangular box has a removable portion, e.g. a tear strip 4, extending around three sides to join parallel hinges 8, 8 extending across the fourth side, so that when the tear strip &c. has been removed, the two portions of the box can be folded back, Fig. 2 (not shown), to expose the contents. The box may be made of wood, board, paper, card or plastics material. As shown, the box contains rectangular packets 1 of cigarettes. The outer surface of the box may carry advertising media, and the whole may be enclosed in a wrapper.
