Abstract

1,188,601. Ice hockey stick. H. KLAY. 12 March, 1968 [17 March, 1967], No. 12074/68. Heading A6D. An ice hockey stick comprises a tubular handle of elastic synthetic resin reinforced with glass fibre, the tube being filled with a hardened synthetic plastic foam, the said handle being connected to a blade made of synthetic resin. The blade is preferably of symmetrical cross section, flared at the top and bottom edges and having transverse ribs on the walls of the blade between the thickened edges.
