Abstract

1,166,026. Ventilators. SOGECO - SOC. GENERALE CONDIZIONAMENTO r.L. 22 Feb., 1968 [18 April, 1967], No. 8558/68. Heading F4V. A ventilator mounted in a sleeve 1 in a wall has a body 3 of paraboloid shape and helical blades 4 which cause the incoming air to mix with the room air, the body being axially adjustable to vary the outlet into the room. A protruding edge 2 is of elliptical shape and the angle γ varies round the opening. The angle is smallest at the top and largest at both sides (see Fig. 3) and at the bottom has a value between the largest and smallest values (Fig. 2, not shown).
