Abstract

1,135,688. Electrostatic charging. RADIO CORPORATION OF AMERICA. Nov. 30, 1966 [Dec.10, 1965], No.53735/66. Heading G2H. In the preparation of electro-photographic images, a photo-conductive zinc oxide layer is positively charged by first applying a negative charge thereto and then applying a positive charge to the negatively charged surface. The charging may be effected by corona discharge and the images formed by exposure are developed, transferred and/or fixed.
