1,038,635. Inductive control of vehicles. ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. Sept. 14, 1964 [Sept. 24, 1963], No. 37573/63. Heading H4U. In a system for automatically guiding a selfpropelled machine, e,g. a moving-machine, under the control of a sensing head responsive to signal currents in a buried leader cable, the machine itself also carries an exciter energized by an A.C. generator driven by the machine engine for inducing the signal currents into the leader cable.
