Abstract

1,011,997. Fuse contacts; lamp holders; two-part couplings. JOSEPH LUCAS (INDUSTRIES) Ltd. Jan. 20, 1964 [March 13, 1963], No. 9899/63. Headings H2B and H2E. Cartridge fuse clips such as clip 5 comprise a base 6 and a pair of integral resilient arms 11 having tongues or protuberances 12 such that the clip is snap-fitted into position when mounted on an insulating board (Fig. 2, not, shown), the side walls 7 of the base 6 having integral tags 8 bent over to grip a lead 9 which is welded to the base. Additional connectors 15 attached to each clip 5 form male or female members of plug and socket connectors. Instead of a cartridge fuse a festoon lamp may be held by the clip.
