Body attachments, buoyant.-A life-saving jacket comprises front and rear portions formed from a piece of textile material having an adjustable neck-opening a near the middle, pockets j on the front and rear portions, hermeticallysealed buoyant vessels h detachably secured in the pockets, and means, such as tapes, for securing the lower ends of the front and rear parts together around the waist of the wearer. In the form shown, the pockets are closed by tapes k, and the jacket is secured beneath the arms by tapes f.
