Abstract

Procédé de régulation thermique et dispositif de régulation thermique, notamment pour véhicule automobile La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) de régulation thermique, notamment de refroidissement, pour composant électrique (2) susceptible de dégager de la chaleur lors de son fonctionnement, notamment pour un module de stockage d’énergie électrique, ce dispositif comportant une première plaque (2) et une seconde plaque (3) assemblée avec la première plaque délimitée chacune par des bords, pour former ensemble une pluralité de canaux (5) de circulation pour un fluide caloporteur, notamment un fluide réfrigérant, la pluralité de canaux définissant une zone de canaux (6), au moins une des plaques étant emboutie afin de former une partie des parois des canaux, l’assemblage des deux plaques étant réalisée par soudure laser (7) au niveau des parois des canaux, le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu’une zone définissant au moins partiellement le périmètre de la zone de canaux comprend un moyen d’assemblage (8) différent de la soudure laser (7) par transparence, le moyen d’assemblage (8) différent est choisi parmi la soudure laser avec un fil d’apport de matière, le collage, le soudage par friction-malaxage, ou une combinaison de ceux-ci.
