Description

DISPOSABLE INTIMATE HYGIENE SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED BAG

The present invention relates to disposable, recyclable or compostable intimate hygiene systems, such as compostable nappies for children, adults, dogs, allowing the user to recycle them for example by composting or recycling.

The present invention aims to constitute a pouch that can be placed on a disposable intimate hygiene system so that the latter is provided with a bag, so as to form disposable intimate hygiene systems which also constitute in themselves a solution making it possible to package said disposable intimate hygiene systems in a systematic manner with a view to their collection and their recycling. The proposed solution is affixed, by gluing or sewing, to disposable intimate hygiene systems such as existing disposable, compostable and recyclable diapers.

PRIOR ART

Disposable intimate hygiene systems are known in the form of compostable diapers which make it possible to carry out partial or total composting thanks to the material which they contain.

For the sake of recycling, these nappies must nevertheless be stored and transported manually after use, which discourages keeping them for a long time when no suitable transport container (bag, sachet, etc.) is available.

Indeed, plastic bags being used less and less, and diapers being used in an unpredictable way, it is very common for the person who recovers the diaper to end up throwing it away, even if it is compostable, for lack of having a container at the right time.

No disposable intimate hygiene system other than the disposable diaper can solve this problem either.

The object of the invention is to overcome at least some of the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide a disposable intimate hygiene system which comprises a bag for transporting said disposable intimate hygiene system directly after it has been used.

In view of the foregoing, the subject of the invention is a disposable intimate hygiene system such as a compostable diaper, comprising a resealable surface, a bag and removable means for holding the bag rolled up or folded on itself at the rear of said disposable intimate hygiene system.

Preferably, the removable retaining means comprise a tearable veil forming a pocket enclosing the bag and fixed to the back of the disposable intimate hygiene system.

For example, the tear-off veil is sewn onto the disposable intimate hygiene system.

Advantageously, the tearable veil is glued to the disposable intimate hygiene system.

According to one embodiment, the bag is folded back on itself and the removable retaining means consist of non-permanent glue dots suitable for sticking the bag on itself and on the back of the disposable intimate hygiene system .

In one embodiment, any glue used is a non-permanent glue of vegetable origin which is used by thermal heating.

Advantageously, a tab exposed at the back of the disposable intimate hygiene system, linked directly or indirectly to the bag, adapted to allow, in a single pulling movement on said tab, the detachment of the bag from the back of the system disposable intimate hygiene and its development.

The disposable intimate hygiene system may further provide for the tab to be bonded to the tearable veil externally thereto and is adapted to further allow, by the same traction movement on said tab, to tear, at the same time, said veil tearable.

Preferably, the bag is compostable.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES

There illustrates a disposable intimate hygiene system according to the invention, in the form of a diaper 1 to illustrate in a non-limiting manner the disposable intimate hygiene system.

The disposable intimate hygiene system can be any kind of equivalent article without departing from the scope of the invention: diaper, diaper for children, diaper for adults, diaper for dogs or other animals...

In view of the foregoing, the subject of the invention is a disposable intimate hygiene system 1 having on the one hand a resealable surface 3, and on the other hand a bag 7 and removable means for holding the bag 7.

Thanks to these means, the bag 7 is rolled up or folded on itself at the back of said disposable intimate hygiene system 1.

Preferably, the bag 7 is compostable or recyclable, to achieve a disposable intimate hygiene system 1 such as a fully compostable or recyclable diaper, which can be directly recycled, for example to compost.

By "compostable", it is meant that the disposable intimate hygiene system 1 and the bag 7 are biodegradable, and in particular that the disposable intimate hygiene system 1 is biodegradable when it is inside the bag 7 which can be removed to place the disposable intimate hygiene system 1 when dirty.

To this end, the materials chosen, in particular for the disposable intimate hygiene system 1, are of maximum plant origin, so as to achieve a rate of one hundred percent compostable and sustainable.

Bag 7, on the other hand, must be one hundred percent sustainable, for example in corn-based film, without genetically modified organisms or unnatural dyes and without perfume, so as to be perfectly compostable, biodegradable and without residue.

In the first embodiment illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, the removable retaining means comprise a tearable veil 15.

The tearable veil 15 forms a pocket containing the bag 7, fixed to the back of the disposable intimate hygiene system 1.

The veil 15 can be formed in two complementary front and rear parts 15 19 .

The veil 15 can be an absorbent veil resulting from the cutting of the anatomical shape of the diapers.

The user can thus take the bag 7 directly when the diaper has been used.

This allows the user to never run out of bag, and to have the bag 7 directly available in the right place and at the right time when he needs it.

The pocket formed by the tearable web 15 may include a perforated line so as to facilitate tearing to access the bag 7 inside it.

The bag 7 is not attached to the disposable intimate hygiene system 1 but held in place by the pocket.

The pocket also makes it possible to constitute a visual space 5,13 on which there can be for example the logo of the company, in print, or even an element of identification of the layer such as a bar code or a code fast-response matrix or two-dimensional.

There is also the possibility of placing a QR-code or barcode on each bag to identify each layer, allowing identification by scanning for automatic waste treatment and future digitization.

The tear-off veil 15 can be sewn onto the disposable intimate hygiene system 1.

Alternatively, the tearable veil 15 can be glued to the disposable intimate hygiene system 1.

According to a second embodiment illustrated in , the bag 7 is folded back on itself and the removable retaining means consist of non-permanent glue points.

The bag 7 is then glued permanently directly to the outside of the back of the disposable intimate hygiene system 1, until it is removed.

We prefer for this a light glue allowing a detachment of the bag without damaging it.

The glue dots are suitable for sticking the bag 7 to itself and to the back of the disposable intimate hygiene system 1.

This embodiment is simpler and less expensive, but also more fragile.

In all the embodiments, it is essential to position the bag 7 on the back of the diaper to prevent the baby from unfolding it, undoing it or damaging it.

In all embodiments, provision can be made for any glue used to be a non-permanent glue of vegetable origin which is used by thermo-heating.

Thus, such an adhesive is biodegradable and contributes to the compostable nature of the layer.

Advantageously, in all the embodiments, the diaper 1 comprises a tongue 11 exposed at the back of the disposable intimate hygiene system 1, linked directly or indirectly to the bag 7, overhanging and retaining a folding 9 of the intimate hygiene system disposable, and adapted to allow, in a single pulling movement on said tongue 11, the detachment of the bag 7 relative to the back of the compostable layer 1 and its unrolling.

The tab 11 can therefore be glued and constitute an element for holding the bag 7 in its folded or rolled up position, by gluing.

In the case of the first embodiment, a perforated lower edge 10 can be provided on the pocket formed by the tearable veil 15 to be easily torn thanks to the tab 11.

The tab 11 can be an element with a distinctive appearance, for example in red, so as to make it perfectly visible on the back of the disposable intimate hygiene system 1.

The disposable intimate hygiene system 1 may further provide, in the first embodiment, that the tab 11 is bonded to the tearable veil 15 externally to the latter and is adapted to further allow, by the same traction movement on said tongue 11, to tear, at the same time, said tearable veil 15.

The invention also relates to a compostable layer in which is placed a cardboard surface 17, making it possible to structure and stiffen the assembly, and to facilitate the tearing of the veil 15 and/or the deployment of the bag 7 with respect to the rest of the system of disposable intimate hygiene 1, which makes it possible to limit handling of the diaper when it is used.

Claims (10)

Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 comprising a resealable surface 3, characterized in that said disposable intimate hygiene system 1 further comprises a bag 7 and removable means for holding the bag 7 rolled up or folded on itself at the back of said disposable intimate hygiene system 1. Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 according to claim 1, in which the removable holding means comprise a tearable veil 15 forming a pocket containing the bag 7 and fixed to the rear of the disposable intimate hygiene system 1. Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 according to claim 2, in which the tear-off veil 15 is sewn onto the disposable intimate hygiene system 1. Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 according to claims 2 or 3, in which the tear-off veil 15 is glued to the disposable intimate hygiene system. Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 according to claim 1, in which the bag 7 is folded back on itself and the removable holding means consist of non-permanent glue dots suitable for sticking the bag 7 to itself and to the back of the disposable intimate hygiene system. Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 according to any one of claims 4 and 5, in which any glue used is a non-permanent glue of vegetable origin which is used by thermo heating. Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a tongue 11 exposed at the rear of the disposable intimate hygiene system 1, linked directly or indirectly to the bag 7, adapted to allow, in one single pulling movement on said tab 11, the detachment of the bag 7 relative to the rear of the disposable intimate hygiene system 1 and its unwinding. Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 according to one of Claim 7, in which the tongue 11 is linked to the tearable veil 15 externally to the latter and is adapted to further allow, by the same traction movement on the said tongue 11, to tear, at the same time, said tearable veil 15. Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the bag 7 is compostable or recyclable. Disposable intimate hygiene system 1 according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a cardboard surface 17.
