Description

Versatile device for outdoor sports activities

The present invention relates to the field of constructions and equipment for the practice of sports activities outdoors, in clubs, with free access in municipalities or in a private garden. Are more particularly, but not limited to activities generally practiced indoors and with accessories, such as in particular muscle strengthening exercises, bodybuilding, "crossfit" or the like.

In this context, the subject of the invention is a versatile device for the practice of sports activities outdoors.

Devices of this type intended exclusively for the practice of leisure and sports activities are already known, but they generally have a complex constitution, require a large surface on the ground, are made up of many elements to be assembled, are not suitable for a practice intense and/or are tedious to move. In addition, they often give practitioners the impression of being locked in a cage, with obstacles to view present on almost all sides.

Document FR 2 845 613 discloses a device of this type, the various modular constituent elements of which are held together by a roof.

The present invention aims to overcome these drawbacks.

To this end, its subject is a multi-purpose device for the practice of sports activities outdoors, comprising a slatted construction delimiting a shelter of substantially parallelepipedal shape and comprising a floor and a roof, device characterized in that the construction incorporates a self-supporting frame in one piece, with a lower part forming an infrastructure supporting the floor and an upper part forming a superstructure supporting the roof, and in that said frame also comprises two perforated side walls, arranged in a mutually opposite manner, connecting the lower and upper parts and comprising at least angular uprights connected by spacers or similar bracing elements, the faces of the said framework located between the two aforementioned walls being completely exposed and these walls being provided with hooking means and/or attachment sites for accessories or equipment for the practice of physical exercises, accessories and/or equipment being, where applicable, also integrated into the structure of the frame.

The invention will be better understood, thanks to the description below, which relates to a preferred embodiment, given by way of non-limiting example, and explained with reference to the appended diagrammatic drawings, in which:

Figures 1 and 4 illustrate a multi-purpose device (1) for the practice of sports activities outdoors, comprising a construction (2) with openwork delimiting a shelter of substantially parallelepiped shape and comprising a floor (3) and a roof ( 4).

According to the invention, this device (1) is characterized in that the construction incorporates a self-supporting framework (5) in one piece, with a lower part forming an infrastructure (6) supporting the floor (3) and an upper part forming a superstructure (7) supporting the roof (4). This framework (5) also comprises two perforated side walls (8 and 8'), arranged in a mutually opposite manner, connecting the lower and upper parts (6 and 7) and comprising at least angular uprights (9) connected by spacers or similar bracing elements (10, 10'), the faces of said framework (5) located between the two aforementioned walls (8 and 8') being completely cleared and open and these walls (8 and 8') being provided with means (11) for attaching and/or sites (12) for attaching accessories or equipment (13) for the practice of physical exercises, the accessories and/or equipment (13') also being, where appropriate, integrated into the frame structure (5).

Thus, the invention provides a device for the practice of sports activities outdoors which is autonomous and compact. It consists (aside from accessories and sports equipment) of a one-piece construction (2), forming a shelter with a floor and a roof and which is movable and transportable as it is. The device, and more particularly the superstructure, may in particular comprise fixing or attachment points for lifting by crane truck for example. The infrastructure can be adapted for movement with a fork.

In addition, the framework (5) allows a great variation in the accessories and/or equipment, whether they are attached (13), and therefore easily removable, or else incorporated (13') in parts of this framework (5 ). Thus, a large number of different exercises can be carried out with a single device (1) by interchanging said accessories and equipment (even in particular by comparing FIGS. 1 and 4 with each other).

Moreover, due to its constitution, said construction (2) is largely open to the outside and offers a totally unobstructed view from the inside, without its rigidity or mechanical strength being significantly affected.

In addition, and as shown in the figures, the device (1) offers a large unobstructed interior space in the absence of accessories and equipment (13), allowing other uses such as, for example, as garden shed, garden furniture, arbor or living room (open, semi-open or closed), all while being easily mobile in one piece.

The construction (2) with its framework (5) can have a cubic shape with a square floor or a cobblestone shape with a rectangular floor. In practice, the dimensions can vary, for example, from around 9 m² on the ground (3m x 3m) to around 36 m² on the ground (12m x 3m), with a total height of around 3 to 4 m.

In order to provide an additional useful surface in terms of possibilities of activities, and to simultaneously offer a reinforcement of the structure of the frame (5), the latter can advantageously comprise, in the upper part and under the superstructure (7), an arrangement of spacers (14) defining a frame with the angular uprights (9) and delimiting, where appropriate with joists, a technical platform (15) comprising means (16) for suspending or attaching people and /or for accessories (13) for practicing physical exercises (bars, rings, ladders, etc.).

In accordance with a characteristic of the invention, and as shown in more detail in the , the infrastructure (6) consists of a planar perforated metal structure, for example in the form of a frame of which at least two opposite sides are connected by joists or containing a trellis. This infrastructure which provides a rigid support plate for the frame may for example consist of one or more parts formed by assembling thermo-lacquered steel crosspieces, wooden or chipboard slats for external use forming the floor being mounted. on these joists.

Preferably, the side walls (8 and 8') and the superstructure (7) are made of wood, for example in the form of an assembly of parts in solid wood and/or laminated wood, preferably interconnected by mortise and tenon type connections, if necessary secured by anti-lifting screws.

In order to guarantee a rigid and resistant assembly, at least the angular uprights (9) can be secured to the infrastructure (6) by means of brackets or L-shaped plates (17), preferably with two brackets in opposition by amount.

In order to be able to adapt to the unevenness of the ground, provision may be made for said infrastructure (6) to be provided, on the underside, with feet or floor support pads, adjustable in height.

According to an advantageous practical variant, combining constructive simplicity and effective protection against climatic agents, the roof (4) is a flat roof whose superstructure (7) constitutes the framework, said superstructure (7) and said roof (4) comprising a band device (18) overhanging the infrastructure (6) and the walls (8 and 8'). The roof (4) itself can for example consist of wood-based panels covered with a bituminous or other waterproofing membrane and comprising a cladding on the periphery. Photovoltaic panels can optionally be placed on or integrated into this roof (4) and connected to accumulators, possibly mounted on the framework or integrated into the floor.

As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the superstructure (7) preferably has a lattice construction with at least one outer peripheral frame ( ), and preferably with a first inner frame (7'), located in line with the walls (8 and 8') and the uprights (9), and a second outer frame (7''), extending overhanging beyond the walls (8 and 8'), uprights (9) and floor (3), as shown in Figures 1.

In each of these embodiments, said frame or at least one of these two frames, preferably both, comprise(s) attachment points or attachment sites for accessories (13) for the practice of physical exercises and/or for protective equipment (19), in particular of the removable or retractable type. Thus, blinds or similar screens, fabrics or panels covering some or all sides of the frame (5), to form an enclosed space, can be fixed or hooked to said frame.

Each of the two opposite walls of the framework (5) may comprise only uprights, namely the two angular uprights (9) and at least one intermediate upright (9').

Advantageously, however, at least one of the two side walls (8 and 8 ') comprises an X-shaped bracing structure, formed of two spacers 10 and 10' which intersect.

The or each X-shaped bracing structure, and possibly the angular uprights (9) or an intermediate upright (9'), comprise(s) metal rails (20) with means (11) for hooking and/or sites (12) for attaching accessories or equipment (13) for the practice of physical exercises, with a view to their use or storage. Of course, such means (11) and sites (12) can also be present at the level of the infrastructure (6), the superstructure (7) and/or the technical platform (15).

In addition, it can be provided that the openings between the branches of the X and the angular uprights (9) can be filled by portions of triangular walls of a climbing wall mounted in a removable manner.

In accordance with a very advantageous characteristic of the invention, the means (11) for attaching and/or sites (12) for attaching accessories or equipment (13) for the practice of physical exercises are arranged and distributed over the framework (5) in such a way that the said accessories or equipment (13) which are connected to them form, possibly in association with equipment placed on the floor (3) and/or equipment (13') integrated into the framework (5), thematic workshops for a given activity, forming for example part of a series of successive workshops.

By way of non-limiting examples, the aforementioned accessories or equipment (13, 13') and the attachment means and attachment sites (11, 12) may comprise at least, for example, one or more:

- high traction horizontal ladder

–high horizontal course with rings

–steel cross for storing different weights or other equipment

– stainless steel attachment hooks on each side of the frame (attachment for punching bag, rope, etc.)

- stainless steel bar in the lower part on one of the sides, composed of 2 handles and a wooden support allowing you to do various exercises (push-ups, "dips", sheathing, abs, etc.)

- steel profiles for attaching weight bars

–long stepped pull-up bar on one side

–arrangement of at least two parallel bars attached to the structure

– pulley system

– climbing wall with holds

–sandbox and/or trampoline attached to the structure

–Roman chair

– step and/or wooden box

-Musculation bench.

In order to allow an extension of the device to the periphery of the construction, provision may also be made for the side walls (8 and 8') with the angular uprights (9) and/or the infrastructure (6) to comprise(s) ) hooking or fixing sites for additional equipment, or even another frame (5), intended to be removably connected to the construction (2) on one of the outer faces of the latter. While the equipment (13, 13') is located in the surface of the floor (6) or at least arranged under the cover of the roof (4), said additional equipment extends beyond, towards the outside.

Although the device (1) according to the invention is primarily intended to be placed on the ground, on stabilized ground or on, it can also be equipped with floats to be anchored at sea or in a lake.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications remain possible, in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without thereby departing from the scope of protection of the invention.

Claims (10)

Multi-purpose device (1) for the practice of sports activities outdoors, comprising an openwork construction (2) delimiting a shelter of substantially parallelepiped shape and comprising a floor (3) and a roof (4),
device (1) characterized in that the construction incorporates a self-supporting framework (5) in one piece, with a lower part forming an infrastructure (6) supporting the floor (3) and an upper part forming a superstructure (7) supporting the roof (4), and in that said frame (5) also comprises two perforated side walls (8 and 8'), arranged in a mutually opposite manner, connecting the lower and upper parts (6 and 7) and comprising at least angular uprights (9) connected by spacers or similar bracing elements (10, 10'), the faces of the said frame (5) located between the two aforementioned walls (8 and 8') being completely exposed and these walls (8 and 8 ') being provided with means (11) for attaching and/or sites (12) for attaching accessories or equipment (13) for the practice of physical exercises, accessories and/or equipment (13' ) being optionally also integrated into the structure of the framework (5). Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the framework (5) comprises, in the upper part and under the superstructure (7), an arrangement of spacers (14) defining a frame with the angular uprights (9) and delimiting, if necessary with joists, a technical platform (15) comprising means (16) of suspension or hooking for people and/or for accessories (13) for the practice of physical exercises. Device according to any one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the infrastructure (6) consists of a flat openwork metal structure, for example in the form of a frame, at least two opposite sides of which are connected by joists. or containing a trellis, and in that the side walls (8 and 8') and the superstructure (7) are made of wood, for example in the form of an assembly of parts made of solid wood and/or glued laminated , preferably interconnected by connections of the mortise and tenon type.
