Abstract

Dispositif pour plier et déplier un jouet à bascule, afin de faciliter le transport et le rangement du produit. L’invention est un jouet à bascule et concerne un dispositif permettant de plier et déplier le produit sans recourir à une pièce ou à un outil supplémentaire. Il est constitué de deux éléments incurvés (3), assemblés entre eux par deux longerons (5) et (6). Deux battants (1) et (2) oscillants sur des axes (7) et (8) sont destinés à s’emboiter l’un (1) dans l’autre (2), dans une fente rectangulaire du bâtant (2) comprenant une butée assurant le blocage du système. En position plié, les deux battants sont désolidarisés et rabattus l’un sur l’autre à plat. En position déplié ils sont emboités, l’un (1) ayant fonction de poignée, l’autre (2) d’une assise. D’autres modèles de jouets à bascule comportent un système de pliage et dépliage faisant appel à une pièce supplémentaire, une vis, amovible par un tournevis. Ces derniers présentent des risques de perte de petites pièces, pouvant être ingéré par l’enfant et présentant un risque d’étouffement. Claims

Device for folding and unfolding a rocking toy, in order to facilitate transport and storage of the product, characterized in that it comprises elements (3), (4), (5) and (6) forming the rocking structure and two leaves (1) and (2) oscillating on two axes (7) and (8) and coming to intersect one (1) in the other (2), in a rectangular slot of the leaf (2) comprising a stop blocking the system.
