Claims

Device for protecting against projections linked to the expectoration of oral particles of at least one person (I) sitting on a seat directly opposite a table (T), on one of the sides (CT1) device intended to be installed on a plate (P) of the table (T) which we decide to be arbitrarily rectangular to simplify the demonstration, table provided to accommodate at least one person (I) on one of the sides (CT1) and at least one person (I1) on the side (CT3) of the table characterized in that it consists of at least one flat vertical wall (PR1) pivoting about a vertical axis (AX) located on the perimeter of the table top (P ) close to the edge of the latter, vertical wall (PR1) held pivoting vertically by a pivoting means and held in position by a position means capable of arranging at least one space delimited by the at least the wall (PR1) thus containing the possible projections of oral particles of the at least one person (I ).

Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the means for pivoting the device with the top (P) of the table (T) consists of a fitting (F1) fixed around the perimeter of the top (P) of the table (T) fitting (F1) comprising a vertical longitudinal part (T1) with a prominent axis (AX) and above the top (P), fitting (F1) terminated at its end closest to the top (P) by a U-shaped part (U1) whose wings of the U are horizontal and enclose the table top (P) in order to immobilize the fitting (F1) by a clamping means , fitting (F1) whose vertical longitudinal part (T1) cooperates with at least a pivoting part (PP1) fixed on any part of the wall (PR1), pivoting part (PP1) which has a circular hole which is penetrated by the longitudinal part (T1), part (PP1) which allows a horizontal rotation of the wall (PR1) on the longitudinal part (T1) around the axis (AX).

Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that thestance wayis composed :

of a part (D1) such as a machined cylindrical sleeve with a horizontal tapped hole intended to receive a screw such as a needle screw (V1) whose pointed part allows the immobilization of said part (D2) on the part (T1) ,
at least the pivoting part (PP1), one horizontal surface of which rests on a surface of the sleeve (D1),
at least one part (R1) of the elastic washer type or a compressible rubber washer, introduced on the longitudinal part (T1), part (R1) one face of which is in contact with a horizontal surface of the pivoting part (PP1)
a part (D2) such as a cylindrical sleeve, also introduced on the longitudinal part (T1), part (D2) which is machined with a horizontal tapped hole intended to receive a screw (V2) such as a needle screw,

pressure tending to bring the two parts (D1, D2) together followed by the immobilization of the sleeve (D2) by tightening the conical screw allows the compression of the washer (R1), friction between the facing surfaces -screw :

washer (R1),
of the room (D1),
of the room (D2),
washer (R1),

generates rotational braking of at least the pivoting part (PP1), sufficient pressure to immobilize the at least one part (PP1) in rotation and therefore determine the position of the wall (PR1) integral with the at least a pivot piece (PP1).

Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the clamping means of the fitting (F1) consists of at least one pressure screw introduced perpendicularly into a tapped hole made in a wing of the U (U1) which encloses the table top (P), advantageously the wing located under the table top (P), the tightening of this pressure screw immobilizing the fitting (F1) and thus allowing the device according to the invention to be perfectly stable while occupying a minimal surface on said plate (P) surface which can be less than 200 cm2, sometimes 100cm2, most often less than 30cm2.

Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that it consists of at least two flat vertical walls (PR1, PR2), each of the walls being equipped with at least two pivoting parts (PP1, PP2 and PP3, PP4) which are articulated on the axis (AX) of the longitudinal part (T1) of the fitting (F1) in order to offer on the one hand a large protective surface when the walls (PR1, PR2) are arranged on either side other of the axis (AX) at a substantially flat angle and on the other hand to occupy much less space when the walls (PR1, PR2) are arranged folded one over the other, thus allowing greater ease access for cleaning the table top and a minor risk of collision with said plates (PR1, PR2) from a person who may be nearby.

Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that a wall (PR3) is arranged to pivot vertically between the wall (PR1) and the wall (PR2), wall (PR3) arranged substantially parallel to the side of the table (CT1) and intended to protect a person (I1) who would be seated opposite the person (I) and vice versa.

Device according to Claim 5 and 6, characterized in that the side walls (PR1, PR2) leave a zone between the horizontal plane of the plate (P) and the respective lower horizontal edge of each of the said side walls (PR1, PR2) free in order to to allow the passage of an object, in particular a plate, a glass or any object that can be used by the person (I) or (I1) and to be placed on the tray (P) by an authorized person while maintaining the protection materialized by the side walls (PR1, PR2) immediately opposite in order to provide protection against the projection of particles from the mouth either of the seated person (I) or (I1) or of the member of the authorized service personnel, free zone whose height is greater than 5cm, sometimes 10cm, most often 15cm and up to 25cm.

Device according to Claim 6, characterized in that the wall (PR3) is dimensioned so as to leave a very small space between the table top (P) and the lower horizontal edge of the said wall (PR3), a reduced space of less than 25cm, sometimes less than 10cm, most often less than 5cm.
