Abstract
Un accessoire d’allaitement qui positionne correctement la bouche du nouveau-né au niveau de l’aréole du sein lors d’une tétée. L’invention concerne un accessoire d’allaitement qui positionne correctement la bouche du nouveau-né sur l’aréole du sein pour éviter l’apparition des crevasses, engorgements et autres complications liées à une mauvaise prise du sein. Cet accessoire lui permet d’acquérir une technique de succion efficace qui favorise la bonne mise en place de l’allaitement. L’accessoire représente des lèvres superficielles, un repère pour l’emplacement des lèvres du nouveau-né. Sur sa partie centrale, l’accessoire présente un orifice d’entrée pour le mamelon qui lui permet de s’ajuster sur le sein. Lors de la tétée, le nouveau-né en superposant ses lèvres acquiert une mise en bouche optimale grâce à l’empreinte des lèvres et à sa profondeur relevée par de bords galbés. Ainsi par un réflexe de succion, le nouveau-né exerce une stimulation adéquate sur l’aréole qui active les récepteurs responsables du mécanisme de la lactation. Une succion nutritive éveille une satisfaction qui dans la durée entretient une tétée naturelle à la demande. Cette succion adaptée et sans douleur traduit la technique de succion efficace. Utilisé de courte durée, l’accessoire est saisi par son contour de lèvres superficielles pour le relais à l’aréole nue.
