Chaussure comportant une tige extérieure (1) à l’intérieur de laquelle un élément de confort interne (2) est inséré, ladite tige extérieure (1) comprenant au moins deux portions mobiles l’une par rapport à l’autre ; des moyens de serrage étant prévus pour rapprocher les deux portions l’une de l’autre afin d’adapter le volume de la chaussure au pied de l’utilisateur, lesdits moyens de serrage comportant des moyens de traction externe (50) dont une première extrémité est fixée à une première portion de la tige extérieure et dont une deuxième extrémité est en relation avec des moyens d’actionnement (30) qui sont fixés à une deuxième portion de la tige extérieure ; la chaussure comportant en outre des moyens de traction interne (60) principalement qui sont placés sous la tige extérieure et qui sont en relation avec les mêmes moyens d’actionnement (30).
