Abstract
Banc de caractérisation mécanique d’une cellule de batterie par application d’une force de compression comportant un bâti (2) portant une première plaque de compression (10), un équipage mobile (4) portant une deuxième plaque de compression en regard de la première face de compression, un ressort de compression (7) pour appliquer une force de compression à la cellule entre les première et deuxième plaques de compression, un capteur de force (18) interposé entre l’équipage mobile (4) et le ressort, des capteurs de déplacement (16) mesurant le déplacement entre les première et deuxième plaques de compression. La première plaque de compression comporte une zone de compression (ZC) en saillie dont la surface est égale à une partie d’intérêt de la cellule et le bâti (2) comporte un évidement (30) entourant dans le bâti une zone de bâti de plus grande épaisseur formant un piédestal (32) supportant la première plaque de compression (10).
