L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un mélange maître comprenant les étapes suivantes : mettre en contact au moins un polymère initial comportant au moins une insaturation carbone-carbone avec au moins un agent de greffage 1,3-dipolaire porteur d’au moins un dipôle oxyde de nitrile et d’au moins une fonction imidazolidinone N-substituée ou non-substituée en présence d’au moins un additif organophosphoré choisi dans le groupe constitué par les triesters d’acide phosphorique, les phosphonates, les phosphinates, les oxydes de phosphines et les mélange de ces composés, récupérer le mélange maître obtenu à l’étape précédente.
