Procédé pour estimer la performance environnementale d’un bâtiment Procédé d’estimation automatisée de la performance environnementale d’un bâtiment, notamment préalablement à l’établissement d’une maquette numérique de ce bâtiment, ce procédé comportant l’étape consistant à calculer informatiquement, pour au moins l’un des lots relatifs à la construction du bâtiment, la performance environnementale de ce lot, ce calcul étant effectué en utilisant une fonction mathématique donnant en fonction de la valeur d’au moins une variable descriptive du lot une valeur approchée de la performance environnementale de ce lot, cette fonction ayant été calculée à partir d’analyses de cycle de vie de bâtiments déjà construits.
