Abstract
L’invention se rapporte à une banquette (1) de véhicule trois places (2, 3, 4) comprenant une assise (11) et un dossier possédant une partie centrale (7) comprenant un premier tronçon (12) et un deuxième tronçon (13). Selon l’invention, ladite partie centrale (7) peut adopter trois configurations distinctes :-Une configuration fonctionnelle pour laquelle les deux tronçons (12, 13) sont solidarisés l’un à l’autre pour former un ensemble qui qui va servir d’appui pour le dos d’un occupant,-Une configuration intermédiaire pour laquelle le premier tronçon (12) est légèrement incliné vers l’arrière par rapport à un axe vertical, et le deuxième tronçon (13) a pivoté vers l’avant pour se retrouver sensiblement parallèle à l’assise (11) de la banquette (1),-Une configuration rabattue pour laquelle les deux tronçons (12, 13) sont solidarisés l’un à l’autre pour former un ensemble qui est sensiblement parallèle à l’assise (11) de la banquette (1), le premier tronçon s’étendant sur le deuxième tronçon (13). La présente invention concerne une banquette trois places transformable en deux sièges. Généralement, ce type de banquette possède un dossier comprenant une partie centrale et deux parties latérales, ladite partie centrale étant apte à passer d’une position fonctionnelle pour laquelle elle est sensiblement alignée sur les deux parties latérales, à une position rabattue pour laquelle elle a pivoté vers l’avant et se retrouve dans une position sensiblement parallèle à l’assise de ladite banquette. Dans la position fonctionnelle, il est à noter que la partie centrale est légèrement inclinée vers l’arrière par rapport à une position verticale, et permet de soutenir le dos d’un occupant qui serait assis sur une zone centrale de l’assise de la banquette. Dans la position rabattue, la partie centrale du dossier sert d’accoudoir commun pour les deux emplacements latéraux de la banquette, et à ce titre peut présenter des aménagements de type porte-gobelets et/ou espace de rangement pour améliorer le confort des passagers qui seraient assis aux deux emplacements latéraux de la banquette. De plus, dans la position rabattue, la partie centrale du dossier offre la possibilité de pouvoir stocker des objets longs dans le coffre du véhicule grâce au passage qu’elle crée entre les deux parties latérales du dossier de la banquette. Pour cette configuration, la banquette 1 possède donc trois places 2, 3, 4 et la face avant 18 du deuxième tronçon 13 va servir de surface d’appui pour le dos d’un individu qui serait assis au milieu de la banquette 1. Le premier tronçon 12 est placé derrière le deuxième tronçon 13 en étant en appui contre la face arrière 19 dudit deuxième tronçon.
-Une configuration rabattue pour laquelle les deux tronçons 12, 13 sont solidarisés l’un à l’autre pour former un ensemble qui est sensiblement parallèle à l’assise 11 de la banquette 1, le premier tronçon 12 étant placé sur le deuxième tronçon 13. Plus précisément, le deuxième tronçon 13 s’étend parallèlement à l’assise 11 dans un plan sensiblement horizontal, la face avant 18 dudit deuxième tronçon 13 devenant une face inférieure du deuxième tronçon 13 et la face arrière 19 devenant une face supérieure. Cette position rabattue permet de stocker des objets longs dans le coffre et qui vont déborder sur la banquette 1 en passant par l’échancrure créée entre les dossiers 8, 9 des deux sièges latéraux 5, 6 par le rabat des deux tronçons 12, 13. Pour cette configuration, le premier tronçon 12 va servir de couvercle de protection pour le deuxième tronçon 13, car les objets longs vont venir reposer directement sur ledit premier tronçon 12 et non pas sur le deuxième tronçon 13. Le premier tronçon 12 qui va jouer le rôle d’un support pour les objets longs peut présenter des rainures dans lesquelles vont venir s’insérer des objets longs afin de les stabiliser.
-Une configuration intermédiaire pour laquelle le deuxième tronçon 13 va jouer le rôle d’un accoudoir et pour laquelle le premier tronçon 12 va jouer le rôle d’une cloison de séparation entre le coffre du véhicule et les places assises 2, 3, 4 de ladite banquette 1. Pour cette configuration, le premier tronçon 12 est légèrement incliné vers l’arrière par rapport à un axe vertical, et le deuxième tronçon 13 s’étend parallèlement à l’assise 11 de la banquette 1. La face arrière 19 du deuxième tronçon 13 constitue pour cette configuration, une face supérieure du deuxième tronçon 13 de laquelle émergent le porte-gobelet 20 et l’espace de rangement 21. Pour cette configuration, les deux tronçons 12, 13 sont perpendiculaires à plus ou moins 15°. De cette manière, deux personnes qui seraient assises sur les deux sièges latéraux 5, 6 pourront bénéficier d’un accoudoir central et commun à travers le deuxième tronçon 13, tout en étant physiquement séparées du coffre grâce au premier tronçon 12 en position fonctionnelle. Ainsi, dans le cas par exemple d’un freinage brusque du véhicule, le premier tronçon 12 va empêcher des objets qui seraient stockés dans le coffre de venir impacter les personnes qui sont assises sur les deux sièges latéraux 5, 6 de la banquette 1. Le premier tronçon 12 va également engendrer une isolation acoustique entre le coffre et l’habitacle, en empêchant certains bruits parasites en provenance dudit coffre de se propager jusqu’aux personnes qui seraient assises sur les deux sièges latéraux 5, 6 de la banquette 1.Cette configuration intermédiaire est la configuration qui offre le plus de confort pour les personnes qui seraient assises sur les deux sièges latéraux 5, 6 car ces personnes peuvent bénéficier du porte-gobelets 20 et de l’espace de rangement 21. For this configuration, the first section 12 will serve as a protective cover for the second section 13, because the long objects will come to rest directly on said first section 12 and not on the second section 13. The first section 12 which will play the role of a support for long objects can have grooves in which long objects will be inserted in order to stabilize them.
-An intermediate configuration for which the second section 13 will play the role of an armrest and for which the first section 12 will play the role of a partition wall between the trunk of the vehicle and the seats 2, 3, 4 of said seat 1. For this configuration, the first section 12 is slightly inclined towards the rear with respect to a vertical axis, and the second section 13 extends parallel to the seat 11 of the seat 1. The rear face 19 of the second section 13 constitutes for this configuration, an upper face of the second section 13 from which emerge the cup holder 20 and the storage space 21. For this configuration, the two sections 12, 13 are perpendicular to more or less 15°. In this way, two people who would be seated on the two side seats 5, 6 will be able to benefit from a central and common armrest through the second section 13, while being physically separated from the trunk thanks to the first section 12 in the functional position. Thus, in the case for example of sudden braking of the vehicle, the first section 12 will prevent objects which would be stored in the boot from impacting the people who are seated on the two side seats 5, 6 of the bench seat 1. The first section 12 will also generate acoustic insulation between the trunk and the passenger compartment, by preventing certain parasitic noises coming from said trunk from spreading to the people who would be seated on the two side seats 5, 6 of the bench seat 1. This intermediate configuration is the configuration which offers the most comfort for the people who would be seated on the two side seats 5, 6 because these people can benefit from the cup holders 20 and the storage space 21. This storage space 21 is placed behind the cup holder 20, so that said storage space 21 is closer to the backrest of the bench seat 1 than is the cup holder 20.
