Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une barquette alimentaire (100) fabriquée en fibres végétales et en forme de cuvette, comprenant : - une paroi de fond (Pf), - une paroi de pourtour (Pt) ceinturant ladite paroi de fond en délimitant, avec ladite paroi de fond, le volume intérieur de ladite barquette, - un renfoncement (Rf) creusant, vers l'extérieur de la barquette (100), la paroi de fond (Pf), le renfoncement (Rf) étant délimité par une paroi plane (N2) formant le fond dudit renfoncement, - une couche absorbante (Cb) des exsudats prenant place dans le renfoncement (Rf), - la couche absorbante (Cb) étant fixée sur la paroi plane (N2) par l'intermédiaire d'une colle alimentaire. La couche absorbante des exsudats, provenant des produits alimentaires contenus dans la barquette, est ainsi parfaitement maintenue dans le renfoncement. Elle demeure intégrée dans la construction de la barquette. Les exsudats absorbés par la couche absorbante demeurent dans le renfoncement et ne s'écoulent donc pas dans le fond de la barquette. La présentation de la barquette est plus attrayante dans les rayons d'un magasin. The absorbent layer of the exudates, coming from the food products contained in the tray, is thus perfectly maintained in the recess. It remains integrated into the construction of the tray. The exudates absorbed by the absorbent layer remain in the recess and therefore do not flow into the bottom of the tray. The presentation of the tray is more attractive on the shelves of a store.
