Abstract
La présente invention concerne une batterie électrique modulaire (20) pour aéronef comportant plusieurs modules (10) de stockage et de fourniture d’énergie électrique agencés à l’intérieur d’un boîtier (21), au moins deux bornes électriques (25) et un système de dégazage (24). Chaque module (10) comporte notamment une pluralité de cellules électrochimiques (11) reliées électriquement entre elles et agencées à l’intérieur d’un caisson de confinement (12). Ledit système de dégazage (24) comporte un orifice commun de sortie (45) agencé dans ledit boîtier (21) et des conduites de dégazage (46) reliant ledit orifice commun de sortie (45) à un orifice de dégazage (41) agencé dans ledit caisson de confinement (12) de chaque module (10) et muni d’un premier dispositif anti-retour (42). De plus, ledit caisson de confinement (12) de chaque module (10) est configuré de sorte que des flammes à l’intérieur dudit caisson de confinement (12) ne se propagent pas à l’extérieur dudit caisson de confinement (12).
