Système de propulsion (1) pour véhicule électrique, comprenant : - un premier moteur électrique de propulsion (10), comprenant un stator et un rotor présentant un premier arbre de sortie mobile en rotation autour d'un premier axe, - un deuxième moteur électrique de propulsion (11), comprenant un stator et un rotor présentant un deuxième arbre de sortie mobile en rotation autour d'un deuxième axe, - un premier réducteur (21) apte à recevoir le couple fourni par le premier moteur électrique (10), le cas échéant par l'intermédiaire d'un premier système de couplage (20) sélectif ou non-sélectif, ce premier réducteur (21) présentant un premier rapport de réduction, - un deuxième réducteur (23) apte à recevoir le couple fourni par le deuxième moteur électrique (11), le cas échéant par l'intermédiaire d'un deuxième système de couplage (22) sélectif ou non-sélectif , ce deuxième réducteur (23) présentant un deuxième rapport de réduction, - un circuit de couplage du premier arbre de sortie du premier moteur électrique (10) et du deuxième arbre de sortie du deuxième moteur électrique (11), ce circuit de couplage comprenant un troisième système de couplage (35), qui est sélectif ou non, le premier axe et le deuxième axe étant alignés et formant un axe commun (X), et le circuit de couplage étant en tout ou partie déporté par rapport à cet axe commun (X).
