Abstract

Une rondelle en deux parties destinée à être utilisée avec un presse-étoupe est prévue et comporte une première partie annulaire partielle ayant une première extrémité et une deuxième extrémité, et une deuxième partie annulaire partielle ayant une première extrémité et une deuxième extrémité, dans laquelle la première extrémité de la première partie est adaptée pour s'emboîter avec la deuxième extrémité de la deuxième partie, dans laquelle la deuxième extrémité de la première partie est adaptée pour s'emboîter avec la première extrémité de la deuxième partie, et dans laquelle les extrémités des première et deuxième parties sont emboîtées, une rondelle annulaire s'étendant sur 360 degrés avec un intérieur ouvert est formée. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'utilisation de la rondelle en deux parties pour former un joint étanche à l'eau entre un presse-étoupe et une paroi d'une enceinte électrique.
